Who Am I?

I’m Hung Pham (or you can call me Hung PD), and WordPress is my world. Since 2013, supporting themes and plugins has been second nature to me - a passion that runs deep in my veins. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work with visionary CEOs and leaders who not only believed in me but gave me the freedom to work remotely. Their trusts allowed me to grow in ways that extend beyond the screen - diving deep into into reading, explore new passions, and grow personally while tackling exciting challenges.

For me, great support goes beyond quick fixes. It’s about truly understanding what the customers need, anticipating their challenges, and delivering solutions that feel personal and thoughtful. Whether I’m debugging issues, optimizing a site’s performance, or simply guiding customers through themes or plugins features, I take pride in going the extra mile and a bit of instinct honed over years of problem-solving.

Small business

Running my own small business or fulfilling my lifelong desire to be my own boss, where I do what I want, when I want, money flows in, and there’s plenty of time for the loved ones and things are I always dreamed about. However, in the past, juggling up to six jobs and their responsibilities at once prevented me from pursuing my dream.

Then came the COVID-19 pandemic and the waves of layoffs in recent years, which resulted in many, myself included, facing pay cuts, job insecurity, or even unemployment. In additional to, inspired by stories of others who’ve taken the leap, I realized it was time to change and reignite the passion I had set aside for so long.
